These terms apply to your use of www.stratumcore.com.au (the site), operated by StratumCore Pty Ltd (ABN 61 696 477 406) (StratumCore, we, us). By using the site you agree to these terms.

General information only

The content on this site is general information about our services and our views on finance, cost and performance in asset-intensive industries. It is not financial product advice, tax advice, legal advice or advice on any particular investment, transaction or decision. It does not take into account the circumstances of any particular business. Nothing on this site creates an adviser or client relationship between you and StratumCore.

No reliance without an engagement

We provide advice only under a written engagement letter that sets out the scope of work, the fees and the terms that apply. Any figures, ranges or outcomes described on this site, including savings ranges discussed in an initial call, are indicative only and are not a promise of results for your business. Do not act on anything on this site without obtaining advice specific to your circumstances.

Cost diagnostic guarantee

Where we state that a cost diagnostic is free if we do not identify at least $50,000 in addressable savings, the following conditions apply:

1. Savings are measured as annualised addressable savings, being the annual value of cost or productivity initiatives that StratumCore identifies as capable of being implemented by the client, as assessed by StratumCore acting reasonably.
2. If the threshold is not met, StratumCore’s professional fees for the diagnostic are waived or refunded. Disbursements, including travel, accommodation and third-party data costs, remain payable.
3. The guarantee applies only where the client has provided the agreed data set, site access and stakeholder availability within the timeline set out in the engagement letter.
4. The guarantee lapses if the scope of the diagnostic is reduced, paused or terminated by the client before completion.
5. The engagement letter for each diagnostic prevails over this summary to the extent of any inconsistency.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, StratumCore excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the content of this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited, at our option, to the resupply of the relevant services or the cost of resupply. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, frameworks, diagrams, images and the StratumCore name and logo, is owned by or licensed to StratumCore Pty Ltd. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation of our services. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from the content without our written permission.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Privacy

Changes

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
